  2. Thanks..I have no problem with getting enough carbs..my problem is getting protien..since I don't eat meat (except fish). I know I need to eat more beans or tofu (which I like but am too lazy to fix)..
    I also tend to "starve" myself when I'm watching my "diet" and that isn't good either..but taking the pictures has really helped me..
    congrats on getting rid of that 3 pounds! You must be doing something right!
